Quetta—Four persons were injured as five explosions rocked the provincial capital Monday night. An explosion was reported in Chakki Shahwani area of Shalkot Police Station. Two persons were reported injured. They were removed to civil hospital for treatment. Another explosion took place in Satellite Town area. The explosion shattered windowpanes of the houses and shops etc. Third explosion occurred at an isolated area along Spinny road when unknown persons threw explosive material there. No report of any loss except shattering of windowpanes. Some unknown motorcycle riders threw explosive material into a house situated at Saryab Road and fled. Also in nearby ground, the explosive material was thrown in Kili Mobarak are near Spinny Road. The explosion caused the windowpanes of nearby buildings to crumble down. The location and nature of the fifth explosion could not be ascertained. Police was investigating into these explosions. |
