QUETTA: Terrorists damaged a railway line and a small bridge in Sariab area of the provincial metropolis on Thursday morning. Railway police sources said that unknown terrorists had planted an explosive device which damaged the railway line and a small bridge near Killi Zareen between Sariab and Spezand. About 2.5 feet long railway track was blown up. The Railway Control Room said due to damage to the track, the incoming and outgoing trains were detained for two to three hours. The track was repaired in the afternoon and normal traffic was restored, railway sources said. |
