KARACHI (Online) - Unhygienic atmosphere has been prevailing in many areas of the city following the pre-monsoon downpour as heaps of garbage and rainwater stagnating in various streets and play-grounds serve as favorite breeding place for mosquitoes and flies that could cause outbreak of many viral diseases.
